Quand l'architecture s'engage
07/11/26 – 03/01/2027
Quand l’architecture s’engage (When architecture engages) explores a recent production (2023–2026) in French-speaking Belgium, where architecture goes beyond the mere production of forms to engage, in its processes as well as in its positions, in the face of contemporary environmental and societal issues.
To make this commitment perceptible, the exhibition focuses on an element that is as simple as it is essential: the window. Both an opening to the city and a threshold of intimacy, it connects interior and exterior, makes visible or protects, invites us to observe as much as to be seen, and organizes interactions.
