Following the transnational edition in 2023, the Kyiv Biennial 2025 will once again take place at various venues across Europe. In this context, Muhka is presenting a group exhibition as an extension of the main exhibition at the brand new Museum of Modern Art (MSN) in Warsaw. Starting from the injustices and atrocities of contemporary imperialism, the Kyiv Biennial reflects on 2025 with a historical awareness of the failure of solidarity and internationalism. This is done along an axis that the curators describe as “Middle East-Europe,” a term that includes Central and Eastern Europe, the former Soviet East, and the Middle East.
